The Danville Neighborhood Development Corporation (DNDC) is seeking a Part-Time Construction & Rehabilitation Project Coordinator to help manage residential rehabilitation and new construction projects. This contract position (approximately 10–15 hours per week) is ideal for an experienced construction professional, retired contractor, or project manager who enjoys coordinating projects, working with subcontractors, and helping bring quality housing to our community. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, coordinating contractors, conducting site visits, reviewing schedules and budgets, and helping ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. If you have experience in residential construction and a passion for community development, we’d love to hear from you.

Targeting areas of high poverty, it aims at making homeownership accessible for all, including essential workers. Funded by various grants, it pledges to renovate homes and uplift neighborhoods for residents to afford quality living spaces.
