The Danville Neighborhood Development Corporation (DNDC) is seeking a Part-Time Construction & Rehabilitation Project Coordinator to help manage residential rehabilitation and new construction projects. This contract position (approximately 10–15 hours per week) is ideal for an experienced construction professional, retired contractor, or project manager who enjoys coordinating projects, working with subcontractors, and helping bring quality housing to our community.
